4/15/16 Richard's 3rd day of diving. Breakfast-toast and coffee.
Stayed by the pool today.
Richard back again around 3:30 pm. Have to go to the further sites due to the weather/water conditions. Today he went to French Cay. Sites G Spot and Rock N Roll. Dive masters Torsten and Debbie.
Dinner-Bay Bistro. I had made a reservation for a patio table but when we arrived Richard wanted to sit in the covered open air part of the restaurant. Several tables filled. People here to catch the sunset? This place is part of the Sibonne Boutique Hotel. Almost couldn't find it. Sits on a lovely stretch of beach but the hotel's pool is very small. Due to the effect of the sun we decide to just have water with lemon. It tastes so good. We're given a uniquely shaped container of warm, yummy rolls with butter and pesto dipping sauce. We see 3 white tent like canopies right on the beach. Maybe a wedding?? Millie is our server and we have no complaints. Orders taken promptly, food brought to us nice and hot, check/bill given when requested. Richard orders a vegetarian entree-the vegetable tart which has roasted red peppers, grilled zucchini, and eggplant on a puff pastry filled with roasted tomatoes and topped with melted brie. I haven't had chicken yet so I order the oven roasted chicken in a white wine sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. The chicken was moist and tender. We thought both our dinners were plated nicely and very good. Dessert-we each decided to get 3 scoops of ice cream. We both chose rum raisin, coffee & Kahlua. Me-strawberry and Richard-mint chocolate chip. Now we can see a bonfire by those 3 tents. It is such a lovely evening. The sun set as we were dining and it was beautiful. Cost without tip $81.76
